House rules

1. I.

   Entry by invitation. No strangers, no feeds, no ads. Someone you know runs this place — and they let you in.

2. II.

   What's said here stays here. Every message is sealed on your device before it leaves, and only the friends in your room hold the keys. Nobody in between — not the server, not us — can read a word.

3. III.

   Guard your key. When you join, you'll get a 24-word recovery phrase: the only way back into your messages on a new device. Save it in a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden — nobody can reset it for you. That's the point.
